Welcome to CitySkin MD Studio. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("T&C"). These T&C govern your use of our website, www.cityskinmds.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), as well as any services provided by CitySkin MD Studio. Please read these terms carefully.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Scheduling
To accommodate your scheduling preferences, we recommend booking appointments at least a few weeks in advance. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 305-890-9684 or online at www.cityskinmds.com. We strive to maintain the scheduled appointment times to respect everyone’s time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or change your appointment. If you need to do so, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made without 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. For longer appointments or multiple procedures scheduled on the same day, this fee may be higher. A credit card number may be required to hold your reservation.

Consultations
For all new clients, we recommend a consultation with one of our providers to discuss your skincare goals and develop a customized skincare plan. A $50 fee is collected at the time of your cosmetic consultation with the Medical Aesthetician. If time allows, we will try to accommodate treatment during the same visit, but this is not always possible. Should you choose to undergo a procedure within three months of the consultation, you will receive a $50 discount on that service.
 
Consent Forms
Each treatment at CitySkin MD Studio is accompanied by a detailed consent form. This consent form outlines the nature of the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. It is essential that you carefully read and understand this document before proceeding with any treatment. Your signature on the consent form is required before any procedure can be performed, indicating that you have been informed about the treatment and agree to proceed.

Payments
All services must be paid for at the time of service. As these are elective aesthetic services, we do not bill medical insurance. Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. However, price changes will not affect service packages that have already been purchased. We accept Cash and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with a product, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any procedures or services rendered.

Use of the Website
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these T&C and any applicable laws and regulations. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with CitySkin MD Studio and meet all eligibility requirements.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CitySkin MD Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from CitySkin MD Studio.

Limitation of Liability
CitySkin MD Studio will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to Services and Prices
CitySkin MD Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or products at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change prices for our services and products. Such changes will not affect services or products that have already been purchased.

Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store personal information, including your health data, contact information, payment method, and treatment history, to provide the highest quality service. We use secure data storage and encryption methods to protect your information, in compliance with privacy laws. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Use of Images
CitySkin MD Studio may use before and after pictures of your treatments for training and promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you wish to have your identity concealed, please inform a member of our team. Our clinical staff may, as a courtesy, notify you before posting any images online.

Governing Law
These T&C and any disputes arising from your use of the Site or services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
CitySkin MD Studio reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. We will notify you of any substantial changes via email or by posting a notice on the Site.
